Clubco in Brno expands again: New Podcast Studio, Event Space, and Chill Zone coming soon
Since its opening in 2021, the Clubco coworking center in the Vlněny area has become a popular place for freelancers, startups and companies. It currently has eight hundred members. After its last expansion in 2022, Clubco is growing once again – this time bringing new spaces and exciting additions. Adriana Sniegonová, Head of Coworking, told us more about them.
Clubco in Brno originally originally spanned three floors, covering 2,000 square meters. In 2022, it expanded by another two floors of the same size. “Once again, we’re adding 2,000 m²,” says Adriana. “We’re introducing more private offices, which are in high demand – not only from our current members, who are scaling their businesses, but also from external clients looking for coworking spaces. Our existing offices are already 90% full. We’re also significantly expanding shared spaces, which will be open to all members,” zooms in Adriana Sniegonová. The new expansion will offer 171 fixed office spaces and up to 100 shared workstations.
Members can also look forward to three meeting rooms, two focus rooms, a private event space with an 80-seat capacity, and two outdoor terraces. “We’re adding a relaxation zone with ping pong and PlayStation as well. Although we already have an outdoor street basketball court and a gym next door, we lacked a space within Clubco for quick breaks and relaxation,” Adriana adds.
A place where stories are told
One of the most exciting additions is a new podcast studio, designed to serve not only Clubco members but also the public. “Since Clubco opened, some clients have occasionally brought their own equipment and turned a meeting room into a temporary studio. Others, like our regular members, have even recorded audio podcasts in phone booths. While that works, we knew we could take it to the next level,” Adriana explains.
That’s where the idea for a fully equipped podcast studio came in, created in collaboration with Detail Studio. “When one of our members introduced me to Lukáš Brázda, I initially just wanted to learn what it takes to set up a podcast studio. But I quickly realized how much more we could do – offering professional-level production and audiovisual services that go beyond just recording. Even with an in-house sound engineer, our team wouldn’t have been able to provide that level of quality. So, we decided to partner with Lukáš and create the Clubco & Detail Podcast Studio. We’re currently building the space, Detail Studio will supply top-tier equipment, and they will also manage the studio’s operations. Everything should be ready by the end of April, and we’re planning a launch event – stay tuned for more details soon.”
Clubco members will enjoy special pricing on studio services, including a 50% discount on video podcasts and 30–40% discounts on services like post-production, graphics, and animation elements. Additionally, Detail Studio will host podcast and public speaking workshops, which will be free for members.
Before the studio officially opens, Clubco is offering early-bird discounted packages that combine coworking services with studio time or public speaking workshops. These are available through a Donio.cz campaign, where 10 % of the collected amount will go to charity. “We want to give back, so after the campaign ends, our community will vote on which charity projects the funds should support,” Adriana says.
And what about Clubco’s own podcast? “Yes, we’re planning one. We’re still in the early stages, so I don’t want to make promises just yet. But with such an amazing studio at our disposal, it would be a shame not to use it. Our podcast will feature Clubco members, partners, and industry experts bringing valuable insights to our coworking community.”
Networking, yoga or enriching workshops
Clubco is more than just a workplace – it’s a community. Members can connect not only over coffee in the kitchen but also through regular networking events. Every Monday starts with a yoga session. A workshop Minute speaker is also held here once or twice a month, where one Clubco member is guaranteed free participation every time. In collaboration with Rebelbean Café, Clubco also hosts coffee cupping sessions, where one spot is always reserved for a Clubco member for free.

“That’s not all,” adds Adriana. “Already at the turn of this year, the fourth Clubco branch will be added, again in Brno – this time in our industrial complex CTPark Brno. As part of the new Clubhaus community centre, Clubco will be building a space there which – as is our custom – will offer modern coworking facilities, offices, meeting rooms and event space for up to 100 people. While the podcast studio is new at Vlněna, here there will be a new LabSpace – a place where members and the public can bring their ideas and projects to life. They can look forward to services such as 3D printing, metalworking workshops, specialised workshops or a space for collaboration and innovation. But more about that next time.”
