• Yes, and we look forward to seeing you! We offer the first day at the coworking space (hot desk in open space) free of charge as a ‘trial day’. You can try out the environment at your leisure, get to know the space, and the community.

Hot Desk – Open Space

Need flexibility? Choose a hot desk in our open workspace with hourly tariffs of 20, 40, or 80 hours per month — or go unlimited.
All plans are available in three options:

• Flexi – month-to-month, no strings attached
• 12-month plan – our best rates
• Ongoing plan – with a 3-month notice period

Fixed Desk – Shared Office
Your own dedicated desk (with storage!) in a quiet shared office. Ideal if you want a reliable space to work from every day.

Private Offices
Fully equipped offices for individuals or teams, available for short- or long-term use — even for just a day. We’ll tailor everything to fit your needs.

• We’re open 24/7 for members, giving you round-the-clock access to the building and coworking space.
• Our reception and team are available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Clubco is also open to the public (for visitors or meeting rooms) Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Need to make a reservation outside these hours? Just let us know in advance. We’re happy to accommodate you.

• No need to book for the open space — just drop by anytime.
• However, meeting rooms and fixed desks must be reserved in advance.

• Members can easily book spaces through our mobile app or website. If you’re not a member, just create an account to make a reservation.
• If you have any questions or would like to make a reservation outside of normal hours, please email info@clubco.cz or call +420 730 550 055. We’re happy to help.

• Members can rent their own parking space on a monthly basis. If you don’t have a reserved spot, you can use:
  • Public car park Vlněna under building C (entrance and exit via Mlýnská) – first 30 minutes free, then 60 CZK/hour
  • Blue zones nearby – Zone B (40 CZK/hour), Zone C (free from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
  • Vaňkovka Shopping Centre – 15 minutes free, then 30 CZK/hour
• Or arrive comfortably by bike — lockable bike storage and showers are available directly below Clubco in the underground garages.

• Of course! Most members use their own laptops, and many also bring a second monitor, keyboard, or favourite mug. We also offer lockable lockers for long-term storage.
